River Rock Casino
Completed a comprehensive renovation and modernization of a major casino, delivering work from building envelope restoration through to interior finishing. The project required close coordination across multiple trades to ensure quality and efficiency throughout every phase. The scope also included assisting with the installation of a custom spiral escalator, one of only a handful of its kind in the world.

The Seasons
Delivered a full exterior renovation and modernization of a 136 unit condominium complex, including significant building envelope upgrades and site improvements. The project involved the reconstruction of 75 balconies, replacement of approximately 1,200 windows and 270 sliding patio doors, along with associated interior finishing. The work was carefully phased to minimize disruption to residents while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Accent Inn Kamloops
Completed a five week exterior restoration of an occupied hotel, successfully maintaining normal operations throughout construction. The project addressed extensive UV deterioration, stucco cracking, and Hardie board failures before sealing damaged substrates and applying two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration across approximately 45,000 square feet of exterior wall surface. Delivered on schedule with recognition for exceptional communication, workmanship, and overall project execution.

Tolko Mill Kamloops
Completed a seven week restoration of an aging kiln facility, restoring approximately 156,000 square feet of interior and exterior surfaces. The scope included industrial degreasing, TSP cleaning, corrosion removal, extensive surface preparation, priming, and application of a high performance coating system. Despite challenging weather conditions and significant work performed at heights exceeding 80 feet, the project was completed ahead of schedule, providing a durable, long term protective finish for the facility.
