About Monolith Contracting Group Inc.
Monolith grew out of more than a decade of work with Wash ME Property Services, where we developed the Easy Maintenance Plan. Over nine years, this plan helped strata councils and residential clients across British Columbia keep their buildings clean, functional, and protected through scheduled care.
But along the way, we learned something bigger: cleaning and maintenance were just the first step. We began to see where buildings were failing — how roofs weathered differently depending on exposure, how moisture accelerated deterioration, how trim and finishes gave out, and how shortcuts in construction led to long-term costs.
That experience revealed a greater opportunity: to not just maintain, but to guide improvements and repairs in a way that builds lasting resilience. From that vision, Monolith Contracting Group was founded.
